CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in will be on October 2nd after 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.    

Check out will be on October 7th by 11:00 a.m.    If you need to arrive a day before or stay an additional day, please let us know. 

TRANSPORTATION: 

We have a shuttle available leaving the MSP airport at noon on October 2nd and return will be October 7th at 8:00 a.m.

NOTE:   The retreat center is located 2.5 - 3 hours from the Minneapolis airport.   On your return back to the airport, please give yourself 5 hours before checkin. (2.5-3 hours from retreat center ot MSP airport and 2 hour check in.)  Your return flight should be booked for late afternoon.

Meals ~ Who Should Attend and Benefits

Meals will be prepared to work with everyone's dietary needs.  Fresh and organic with the flair and flavors mouth watering meals made with lovely vegetables, fruits, fish, meats, poultry, cheese.

Eating these beautiful meals with the view of the lake and forest is enjoyable. 

We will also enjoy unlimited tea, coffee, juices, smoothies and snacks.

COVID PRE-CAUTIONS:

We practice Covid Safety precautions at our retreats.  All rooms are cleaned and sterilized prior to your arrival.  

AnnapurnaBlue Retreat Center 

Our retreat center is located in Central Minnesota.  Nestled in the forest on a private environmental lake.   

We are visited by deer, swans and loons who greets us with their morning serenade.  We have beautiful eagles soaring around us, wanting to know more of what is happening.   If you are interested in fishing, grab some gear from the hut and have a wonderful time. 

 

We have canoes, rowboats, kayaks, paddle boards and a sunfish sail boat you are welcome to take out on the lake.  Or find a beautiful spot, sit and enjoy a book or ..... whatever it is you would like to do during your free time. 

  

Either way, you will feel nature's beautiful nourishment to your mind, body and spirit.

Deborah P – Co-Founder of AnnapurnaBlue Health and Wellness, Wellness Advisor, and Mental Health Practitioner
A compassionate and empowering leader, Deborah specializes in mindset coaching to help you release stress, manage obstacles, build resilience, and find inner clarity. Through her expert-led sessions, you will gain the tools to navigate life’s transitions with confidence, clarity, and self-love.

Bernadette C – Holistic Medicine Practitioner
With a deep background in integrative medicine, Bernadette will lead workshops focusing on managing illness, menopause, movement, and chronic health concerns. Her expertise in functional and holistic medicine offers practical tools for improving daily well-being and long-term health.

Susan B. – Tibetan Cranial Massage Therapist
Susan offers transformative healing techniques that nurture both physical and emotional well-being. Her unique practice of Tibetan Cranial Massage supports deep relaxation, stress relief, and the restoration of balance within the body and mind.
