Our Chef created menus are prepared to work with everyone's dietary needs. Fresh and organic with the flair and flavors of Greek cuisine, made with lovely vegetable and fruits, fish, meats, poultry, cheese.

Check In and Check Out

Check in will be on June 22nd after 2:00 p.m.

Check out will be on June 29th no later than 11:00 a.m.

We ask students to meet in the cafe in the local village, down the hill from the retreat center. We will transport you from the cafe to the retreat center.

Wellness Sessions

The most dangerous enemies for our mind, body and spirits are own Five Life Poisons. If we do not free ourselves from these poisons, our mind, body and spirit will always be fighting obstacles that create problems with our self, health, family, work and financial relationships.

AnnapurnaBlue's Unique wellness sessions introduce students to The Five Life Poisons of our daily lives.

These Five Poisons, Ignorance, Anger, Attachment, Ego and Jealousy, are a central cause of suffering in our daily lives. They are our negative emotional reactions to a particular situation. We may react to a situation with aversion, attachment, envy, pride, or other negative emotions, directing these negative emotions at the people we believe are responsible for the problem. The arising of the Five Poisons is always harmful to us.

When we are able to look inside ourselves, we realize that the Five Life Poisons are our own emotions. The other person, the one who we think “causes” us to have the negative emotion, may be unaware or unconcerned by our emotions.

AnnapurnaBlue’s team of professionals and world wide studies have proven, in order to have our lives function properly, we need to learn how to acknowledge and manage the Five Life Poisons and to replace the poisons with wisdom.

Modern science has shown how our mental and physical health improves drastically when we recognize, reduce, or eliminate our Five Life Poisons, promoting mental and physical healing and balance.

During this retreat, you will learn the damage of any or all of the Five Life Poisons have upon our mental and physical body. By the end of the retreat, you will understand, and learn the tools to minimize the damage The Five Poisons has done to us, and how to counteract them and turn them into positive energy to improve our lives.

Qigong - Considered the ultimate mind body practice, both mentally and physically. You will work with Chi (energy) gentle movements, yet powerful movements. Studies have shown, practicing qigong can improve fitness, mobility, flexibility, reduce anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure, relieve chronic pain, strengthen the immune and respiratory systems, and improve overall well-being. It does not matter what age, Qigong is perfect for all ages.

Qigong uses simple poses and breathing patterns to promote a healthy flow and reduce stagnation of qi. Proper flow of "qi" can help the body engage its own healing processes.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund less $200.00 administration fee if cancelled by February 1st, 2024.

No refund if cancelled after February 1st, 2024. You can transfer to a different retreat.

How To Get To The Resort in Crete:

Airport: Heraklion International Airport

Pickup- We are happy to pick you up from the airport if you arrive before 4:00 p.m.

Taxi: If you arrive after 4:00 p.m. on May 4th, it would be best to take a taxi. Taxi will take you to the village, and our transportation van will pick you up and drive you to the resort (5 Minute drive in the mountain)
