1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1tbs apricot jam, sugar free
1 cup bananas
1 cup ice

Step 1
In a blender, add your pineapple, greek non-fat yogurt, 1/2 soy milk (can substitute with almond milk), Apricot jam, vanilla extract. Blend
Step 2
Add Banana and blend.
Step 3
Add ice and blend
Step 4
Pour into a glass and garnish with mint.
