Meditation and Spiritual Wellness

Connecting With Your Inner Being

May 20th - 28th, 2026

Montezuma, Costa Rica

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or not quite like yourself?

If you’ve been wanting to learn how to meditate—or deepen your practice—this Meditation Practice Week in Costa Rica offers something truly special.

You will be supported by our amazing and knowledgeable team, along with the rare gift of Geshe Gyalwa, a Tibetan monk from sMenri Monastery, who will guide you step-by-step in Zhi Ney (Calm and Abiding) meditation—helping you truly learn how to settle the mind and experience deeper clarity and peace.

This retreat is open to students of all beliefs and is designed to support your overall well-being. Whether you are navigating health challenges, emotional stress, life obstacles, or simply feeling overwhelmed or not quite yourself, this experience offers meaningful tools to help you move forward.

Studies have shown that meditation—when practiced correctly—can offer powerful health benefits, including reducing stress, supporting heart health and blood pressure, improving sleep, and helping the body manage pain more effectively.

During your time with us, you will:

  • Calm your mind and nervous system

  • Support your health and overall well-being

  • Gain clarity, focus, and inner stability

  • Learn practices you can carry into your personal and work life

You’ll also have access to supportive practices rooted in the ancient Tibetan tradition of Yungdrung Bön, including:
Meditation • Breathwork • Sound Healing • Qigong • Yoga (Tsa Lung)
(with optional protection practices guided by GesheLa)

Whether you are new or experienced, you will be supported every step of the way.

By the end of this retreat, you will leave with powerful tools, a deeper sense of calm, and a renewed connection to yourself.

Join us. Step into calm, clarity, and a more grounded way of living.

WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT EXTRAORDINARY?

Having a true Tibetan Monk join us to help our students to learn how to deeply meditate.   To be able to offer several forms of healing and calming techniques by our team is wonderful.
