Studies have shown, being in "Nature" is powerful healing.  Improves our physical and mental health.   Feeds our soul with calm and quiet.  Promotes focus, excellent for our hearts,  boosts our immune system, we sleep better, we are happier.    The list of benefits of retreating in nature is extensive.

Emily Minnesota is home to AnnapurnaBlue Resort.  Nestled in the forest, on a private environmental lake.    The perfect place to bath in Nature's energy.

"Bathing in nature" is not about walking around naked in the forest with a bar of soap.  Bathing in nature is a Japanese practice known as Shinrin Yoku - the process of relaxation. A simple method of being calm and quiet among the trees, observing nature around you while breathing deeply, that helps both adults and children de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.

During this retreat you will learn the tools to "Stop!" ~ Listen to your inner self, learn how negativies within your life is destructive to your all around wellbeing.   How to replace the negativies you acknowledge with wisdom.

You will learn the tools and techniques to shift how you view and take care of your mind, body and spirit.   Decide how you would like to live your daily life:  Now and future.

Our mind, body and spirit are linked together. Our mind has great power over our physical and mental health.   This Nature Retreat  will give you the techniques to nurture your mind, balance your life and improve your wellbeing.  Increase your coping skills and decrease depression.  Deal better with life obstacles. Find calm within your daily life.

This retreat will teach body movement activities to improve our physical health.  Just like nurturing our minds, it is equally important to nurture our bodies.  This will improve our health, heart conditions, diabetes and other health insecurities.

Nurturing our spirit fills us with so much joy in our life.  Everyone has a spiritual life, no matter what their beliefs are.   Compassion, laughter, purpose, service to others, all create joy. This retreat includes techniques to improve your own concept of your spiritual life and find inner happiness.

Through this retreat you will re-discover you!.

Retreat includes:   Mindset sessions, Qigong, Healing with Tibetan Healing Bowls, Breath Work to help clear our bodies and mind.  Canoeing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, floating, swimming.   Walks in the woods.   Hikes.   Lake side massage.
